To mark the occasion of reaching 25 years of morris dancing. Chippenham's favourite Morris dancers held a weekend of dance June 6th - 8th 2003.
Invited guests were Les Corholm (Rouen, France), Ditchling Morris (near Brighton), Moonraker Morris (Devizes), Hips & Haws (Chippenham ladies clog dancers) and Footloose (Chippenham Appalachian Dancers).
There was a tour of villages on Saturday 7th covering Kington Langley, Castle Combe, Lacock, Sandy Lane and Old Road Tavern Chippenham. In the evening a splendid dinner and ceilidh was held with entertainment from all invited teams. On Sunday 8th the teams visited Avebury and Marlborough.
